To the Gurus, Teachers, facilitators, Tutors, Mentors…,
Remember- “One book, one pen, one child and one teacher can change the world…”
As another academic year is coming to an end, all teachers busy with completion of portions,
preparing question papers, corrections, report cards and so on… which is very much habitual.
What is that we ignore????? Do we really? Have we…? We have successfully completed an
academic year, we have put in our hard work, our time , our energy, what not…?
Appreciation for that, but… what next and how? Yet another academic year, again lesson
plans, worksheets, corrections, handling students answering parents… very monotonous.?
Stop right here and think different, think creative, think fun, think interesting, think good,
think healthy…How? Grow your mental toughness. When you aspire to reach for the goal
you will succeed and that is raising your bar of mental toughness. Do not play within the
known, you have to challenge with the unknown. Every initiative you take outside the
comfort zone, every time you challenge the unknown domains of life, that is how you grow in
confidence. Do not limit your challenges, instead challenge your limits and be that one
teacher who can change the world with one pen, one book and more creativity.
