sweetcorn-1 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
rice flour-50 grams
besan flower-150g
asafoetida-1/2tsp
onion-1
chillies
kashmir chilli powder
salt-to taste
coriander leaves
turmeric powder
oil
Preparation
Fine chop onions and green chilli. Shift to a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder, give it a mix. Add sweet corn, rice flour, and gram flour, sprinkle required water and mix. Heat oil in a frying pan, make small balls out of the mix and fry.
