Ingredients
Desiccated Coconut – 250 grams
Sugar – 100 grams
Milk Powder – 200 grams
A ripe mango – 1 (cut into small cubes)
Procedure
Step 1 :
- In a bowl add 2:1 ratio of sugar to water and heat the same until it reaches the boiling point.
- Keep stirring the mixture until a slimy texture.
- Allow the mixture to cool
Step 2 :
- Pre-heat the frying pan and add the desiccated coconut to the same.
- Fry until the coconut turns brownish and add the sugar syrup as required.
- Gradually add the milk powder and stir the mixture till the vapour evaporates.
- Allow the mixture to cool.
Step 3 :
Roll the mixture into balls and infuse a piece of mango in each . Garnish the balls by sprinkling the desiccated coconut.
